🤝 About the collab
GetYourGuide Sponsored Experiences gives content creators the chance to experience up to $400 worth of travel activities in exchange for sharing their adventures.
Creators will also have the chance to earn affiliate commissions on bookings made through their unique links, giving them an opportunity to monetize their content further.
Requirements
There is no strict formula for what makes a great Host, but TrovaTrip looks for Creators with an engaged and passionate audience. Here’s a general guideline for the number of followers you need to be considered:
- Instagram: 15,000+ followers
- YouTube: 15,000+ subscribers
- TikTok: 50,000+ followers
- Private Community: 100+ members
The first step is to survey your audience to understand their preferred destinations, budget, and ideal travel times. You’ll need at least 100 survey responses to move forward, then you’ll work with TrovaTrip to select the perfect itinerary that aligns with your community’s preferences.
Deliverables
As a Host, your main role is to rally your community and get them excited about the trip, but you won’t need to act as the tour guide - that’s taken care of by the local guide provided for each trip. Your primary responsibility is to engage your audience, encourage sign-ups, and set the tone for the experience.
Compensation
As a Host, you earn a portion of the trip revenue. The exact amount can vary depending on the pricing and number of participants, but on average, Hosts earn $6,000 per trip.
All costs for the trip are covered, including accommodations, meals, and activities, along with a plus one if you wish to bring a friend along.
