Welcome to Travel Collabs! By accessing our website, submitting listings, subscribing to any membership tier, or using any brand or creator services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
1. Who We Are
Travel Collabs ("we", "us", "our") is a platform that connects travel creators with hotels, tourism boards, and brands through curated listings including collaborations, press trips, UGC campaigns, influencer opportunities, writing commissions, remote jobs, and brand deals. We also offer paid brand listings, tiered creator memberships (Free, Alerts, and Pro), newsletter features, and custom campaign services.
2. Definitions
- "Creator" – An individual or team using the platform to find opportunities, apply to listings, or engage with brands.
- "Brand" – A hotel, tourism board, company, agency, organisation, or service provider that posts listings or uses our brand services.
- "Listing" – Any opportunity posted on Travel Collabs, including collaborations, press trips, UGC campaigns, affiliate programmes, writing commissions, remote jobs, or paid brand listings.
- "Free Membership" – A no-cost tier providing access to hand-picked weekly opportunities, the Sunday digest, and public boards.
- "Pro Membership" – A paid subscription providing access to the full opportunity feed delivered throughout the week, plus the Brand Library - a searchable database of travel brands with open creator applications.
- "Brand Library" – A Pro-only searchable database of 200+ hotels, tourism boards, and travel brands with open creator applications.
- "Creator Network" – A brand-facing service that allows browsing of curated creators and facilitation of collaboration enquiries.
- "Platform" or "Service" – The Travel Collabs website, email newsletters, and any tools, listings, or services provided.
3. Eligibility & Account Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
4. General Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute listings without permission.
- Post misleading, false, harmful, or offensive content.
- Misuse site contact information or use it for spam.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content to protect platform integrity.
5. Creator Terms
5.1. Membership Tiers
Travel Collabs offers two membership tiers for creators:
- Free – No cost. Includes hand-picked opportunities every week, the Sunday digest, Wednesday preview alert, and access to Jobs, Events, Contests & Trips boards.
- Pro – Paid monthly or annual subscription. Includes everything in Free, plus the full opportunity feed, covering press trips, creator retreats, UGC and influencer campaigns, writing commissions, remote jobs, and pitching opportunities.
5.2. Membership Billing & Cancellation
- Paid memberships (Pro) are available on monthly or annual billing cycles.
- Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.
- Introductory or promotional pricing applies only to the first billing term; renewals use standard pricing.
- You may cancel your paid membership at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Membership access is personal and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
- We do not guarantee collaborations, income, brand responses, or a minimum number of opportunities in any given period.
- We may update, modify, limit, or remove any part of the Platform, including features, tools, listings, or functionalities, at any time.
5.3. Creator Communication
Any agreement, negotiation, or collaboration between a Creator and Brand is independent of Travel Collabs. We are not responsible for:
- The success or failure of any partnership
- Creator–brand communications
- Any agreements made outside our platform
5.4. Email & Communication
By creating a free account, subscribing to a paid membership, or submitting a listing, you may receive newsletters, membership updates, or other communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].
6. Brand Terms
These Terms apply to all Brand services, including paid listings, newsletter placements, Creator Network access, and custom campaigns.
6.1. Listing Activation & Duration
- Listings typically go live within 24 hours of submission and payment.
- You will receive confirmation once your listing is live.
- Listings remain active for 30 days.
- Requested edits, missing information, or clarification needs may delay publication.
6.2. Newsletter Feature Schedule
- Featured listings are included in the next available newsletter following approval.
- Additional purchased visibility (featured placement, extra mentions) will be confirmed separately.
- Newsletter placement is subject to editorial discretion.
6.3. Approval & Content Policy
We manually review all listings and may decline those that:
- Do not align with our audience or values
- Contain false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Promote unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate activities
If declined before publication, you will receive a full refund.
6.4. Performance Guarantee
If your listing receives fewer than 100 Apply clicks in 30 days, we will extend its visibility free of charge until this minimum is reached.
6.5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only issued if:
- Your listing is declined before publication
- Technical issues prevent your listing from being visible
Once a listing is live, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
6.6. Edits & Modifications
- Minor edits during the live period are permitted.
- Major changes (e.g., new campaign or brand) require a new paid submission.
- We may approve or deny edits to maintain platform quality.
6.7. Payments & Taxes
All prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, sales tax, or similar taxes imposed by your local jurisdiction, and you agree to remit any such taxes to the appropriate tax authorities.
6.8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- The outcome of brand–creator collaborations
- Disputes, communications, or agreements between parties
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected listing or service.
6.9. Platform Rights
We may promote listings across our marketing channels at our discretion. By submitting a listing, you grant us permission to use its content (including name, logo, and description) across our website, newsletter, and related channels.
6.10. Custom Campaign Services
For campaign management or bespoke brand services — including fully managed influencer campaigns, creator coordination, campaign management, and strategic consulting — these services are governed by individual service agreements, which override these general Terms for those specific deliverables.
7. Disclaimers
We strive to curate high-quality opportunities but do not guarantee:
- Responses from creators or brands
- Successful collaborations
- Earnings or outcomes from any listing or membership
- A fixed volume or frequency of opportunities in any given week or month
All interactions between creators and brands occur at their own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability (Platform-Wide)
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Travel Collabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform (excluding user-submitted listings) is owned by Travel Collabs. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission.
