These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our creator-matching services (the “Service”). By submitting a campaign request or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
- We connect brands (“you”) with qualified travel creators based on your campaign brief, budget, and requirements.
- Matches are provided via a custom web-hosted dashboard and/or delivered directly by us.
- We only introduce you to creators who have confirmed interest and suitability for your campaign.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
- Plans are billed monthly based on your chosen tier (Starter, Growth, or Scale).
- Each plan provides a minimum number of guaranteed creator matches per month.
- You may submit unlimited campaign briefs within your subscription, subject to your monthly match quota.
- Your subscription begins only after your first campaign request has been fulfilled.
- Payments are non-refundable once creator matches have been delivered.
3. Creator Relationships
- We introduce you to suitable creators, but we are not responsible for the final outcome of collaborations, including content quality, creator performance, or campaign results.
- Contracts, payments, and deliverables between you and creators are your responsibility unless you engage us for campaign management.
4. Cancellations & Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you misuse the service or fail to pay fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We act as an introduction platform only.
- We are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from your collaboration with creators.
6. Changes to Service or Terms
- We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
