These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our campaign listing services (the “Service”). By submitting a listing (free or paid) or purchasing a Premium Listing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
We provide a platform that connects brands (“you”) with travel creators who may be interested in your campaign.
- Listings allow you to post campaigns with a custom application form, with applications forwarded directly to your email.
- We guarantee a minimum of 200+ listing page views per month, promoted across our website, email and social channels.
- Your listing is always featured and publicly visible in our opportunities feed, reaching far more creators than standard listings.
2. Payments & Pricing
- Listings are billed per campaign (or per month for recurring campaigns) based on the price shown at checkout.
- Payments are non-refundable once your listing is live, as promotion begins immediately.
3. Creator Relationships
We facilitate introductions between you and creators but are not responsible for:
- The final outcome of collaborations, including content quality, creator performance, or campaign results.
- Contracts, payments, or deliverables between you and creators unless you purchase our Campaign Management service.
4. Cancellations & Termination
- You may cancel a listing at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
- Cancellations take effect immediately, but payments are non-refundable for the current active listing period.
- We reserve the right to suspend or remove listings that violate our policies, are misleading, or are deemed inappropriate.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Our platform acts solely as an introduction and listing service.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from your collaboration with creators.
- We do not guarantee campaign outcomes beyond the 200+ guaranteed listing page views.
6. Changes to Service or Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
