These Terms of Service for Brands ("Terms") outline how brand services operate on our platform and within our newsletter, including paid listings, Creator Network access, and custom campaign services. By submitting a listing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Paid Listing Service
1.1. Listing Activation and Duration
Listings typically go live within 24 hours of submission and successful payment.
You’ll receive confirmation once your listing is live on the Travel Collabs site.
Each listing remains active for 30 days, starting from the date it goes live.
If a listing requires clarification, edits, or additional information, this may delay publication — we’ll notify you promptly if so.
1.2. Newsletter Feature Schedule
Newsletter features are included in the first available Monday issue following your listing’s approval and publication.
If you’ve purchased additional visibility (such as a featured placement or extra email mention), we’ll confirm your scheduled issue and placement details once your listing is approved.
Newsletter placements are subject to editorial discretion to ensure best fit for our audience.
1.3. Approval and Content Policy
We manually review all listings to maintain the quality and relevance of opportunities shared within our community.
Travel Collabs reserves the right to decline or remove any listing that:
Does not align with our audience, values, or travel-focused community.
Contains false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Promotes unsafe, unethical, or inappropriate activities.
If a listing is declined before publication, you’ll receive a full refund.
1.4. Performance Guarantee
We’re committed to helping you reach the right creators.
If your listing does not receive at least 100 “Apply” clicks during its 30-day period, we’ll extend your listing’s visibility free of charge until it reaches that milestone.
1.5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are only issued if we decline your listing before publication. Once a listing is live, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
In the event of technical issues on our end that prevent your listing from going live or being visible during its period, we’ll either extend the listing or offer a full refund.
1.6. Edits and Modifications
You may request minor edits (e.g., text, link, or image updates) to your listing at any time during its live period.
Major changes that materially alter the nature of the offer (such as a different campaign or brand) will require a new listing submission and payment.
We reserve the right to approve or deny any requested edits to maintain listing quality and consistency.
1.7. Payments and Taxes
All payments are processed securely at the time of submission. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees associated with your purchase.
1.8. Limitation of Liability
Travel Collabs provides a platform to connect brands and creators - we do not participate in or guarantee the outcome of collaborations formed through listings.
We are not liable for:
The success or failure of any collaboration resulting from a listing.
Disputes or communications between brands, creators, or third parties.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected listing.

We may update, redesign, or remove site features at any time.
We may promote or showcase certain listings (at our discretion) on social media or in other marketing materials to enhance visibility - at no extra cost to you.
By submitting a listing, you grant us permission to display its content (including brand name, logo, and description) across our website, newsletter, and related channels.
Custom Campaign Services
For custom campaign services, specific terms including scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and responsibilities will be outlined in individual service agreements. These custom contracts supersede these general Terms for the specific services covered therein.
These custom services may include:
Fully managed influencer campaigns
Creator coordination and campaign management
Strategic consulting and campaign planning
Creator Network
The Creator Network provides brands with access to browse and search our curated community of partner creators. Through the Creator Network, you may view creator profiles and submit collaboration enquiries.
All enquiries submitted through the Creator Network are sent to Travel Collabs, and we negotiate with creators on your behalf to facilitate potential collaborations.
Any formal collaborations, campaigns, or custom services arranged through Travel Collabs will be subject to separate written agreements between the relevant parties.
Travel Collabs does not guarantee responses to enquiries or the formation of any collaboration through the Creator Network.
