Visit Finland are hosting a 7 Day Challenge in Lakeland, inviting six pairs of people to experience a Finnish summer holiday focused on wellbeing and happiness.
The trip takes place between June 11th - 17th, starting in Helsinki before heading to the Lakeland region to enjoy a road trip with a range of outdoor activities.
To apply, take part in the social media challenge by posting a video answering the question: "What do you imagine a Finnish summer holiday in Lakeland looking like?” - applications close on March 29th.
